D’Lyn has been the executive director for Open Arms Rape Crisis & LGBT Advocacy Center since January 2020. She oversees the daily operations and management of Open Arms.

Melissa Hernandez MSW
VICTIM SERVICES ADVOCATE
Melissa is available to meet with anyone affected by sexual violence either in the office or other approved locations. She also provides advocacy, support, and coordinates the volunteers for Open Arms.
Tammy Sanchez
COMMUNITY EDUCATOR & OUTREACH
Tammy is available to do speaking engagements, conduct presentations, and offer primary prevention curriculum to any interested group or organization. She also attends various fairs and events to spread awareness about Open Arms and it’s services.
Jon Zachariah
LGBT+ SERVICES ADVOCATE
Jon is responsible for the development and implementation of education and awareness of LGBT+ issues and providing victim assistance to the LGBT+ community.
Kyra Lindsay
ON-CALL ADVOCATE
Kyra is on call after hours and on weekends/holidays to answer the hotline and offer medical accompaniment.
